RETURNS: Providing our customers with quality packaging supplies is our priority. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made within 14 days of your delivery date. Returns must be made complete, no partials. It’s simple….use the carrier of your choice to return the product and upon receipt of your return, your account will be refunded accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your order, please do so before 4pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please call Customer Service at 877-844-1166 to do so. Weekend cancellations can be made via ecare at ecare@ecosmartboxes.com.
